Based in Denver, this Facilities Coordinator reports to an off-site Property Manager and is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day physical operation, administration and implementation of the maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in the Denver area. Emphasis is placed on providing a positive response to the concerns and needs of Tenants building concerns. This role does require the ability to travel from Downtown Denver to Golden, CO. Additionally, this role requires the need to be able to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis, as applicable.
Budget and Financial Administration
